As you get back into playing, you may want to consider some apps on your e-device to help you read rhythms, read, music, or hear your part better. Here are a few I’ve tried with various enjoyment.
There are many apps out there, some free, so more pricey. Each one will work better for different people’s needs. Try em out, see what you think:
Anytune
TE Tuner
ReadRhythm
Sheet Music Scanner
PlayScore 2
Next Page Sheet Music Reader
DigitalScore
Anytune is great for playing along to & changing keys or speed when needed . With the paid version you can create practice loop markers, too!
Tuner for many different types of instruments, and a met! Nice interface
Neat rhythm learning game app. Android version here: RR Android
I’m currently using this. Scan in your sheet usic to have on your app. It’ll play the piece for you, too! (note: it does tend to rush over the rests…)-Free!
I’m using this, too. Can’t decide which I like better. Free version.
Haven’t yet tried it, just found it. Will report back.
